Multiple Reactors
CRD has designed and manufactured multiple reactors for Batch and Continuous Chemistry for many years.
Projects have ranged from individual high throughput systems to equipping entire high throughput laboratories, for example at Avantium Technologies.
The range includes:
Multiple batch reactors
in Stainless Steel or Hastelloy, with bespoke catalyst injection and hydrogen dosing as required
Fixed Bed Plug Flow Reactors
for catalyst evaluation at up to 650C. These reactors are available as single reactors, or in multiples of 6.
Parallel batch micro-reactors
in banks of up to 200 with the option of operating at up to 200 bar.
Chameleon
Continuous Stirred Tank Reactors - our Chameleon offers 4 stirred tank reactors, connected in series for continuous processing, or can be configured in parallel as individual batch reactors.
Our reactors are always fully safety tested and can be certified to meet all relevant legislation.
