Our state-of-the-art Robot Assistants collect all the data needed to deliver understanding of processes by combining real-time intelligent vision with robotics. Repetitive tasks are performed day and night with high levels of precision and accuracy. Moreover, experiments run unattended, thus minimising operator exposure to chemicals.

 

Currently two versions are available, both aimed at downstream processing - the Falcon Filtration Robot Assistant and the Eagle Extraction Robot Assistant. As well as facilitating continuous process improvements, Falcon and Eagle provide data on quality, productivity, the environment and waste treatment costs, and deliver the process understanding demanded by Quality by Design.
